All Clients should start with 1 capsule for at least 5 days to test their tolerance before increasing the dosage to 2 capsules, never exceed recommended dosage.

I would also advise them to take it easy with alcohol when using this alcohol also has an effect on the central nervous system.

May be used with Gfrag® Stress & Anxiety. Some people using Gfrag® Cortisol Support will not need to use this as Cortisol helps them achieve this REM sleep.
